02Program overview
The NMASTE Field MBA is a six-month program for agriculture graduates and rural youth. It has two halves:
- Months 1–3 — Training. Live classes, coaching and supervised practice covering sales, marketing, farmer advisory and crop success, together with communication, behaviour, CRM and reporting.
- Months 4–6 — Supervised field work. Farmer meetings, dealer outreach, demonstrations and reporting in an assigned territory, with weekly coach review.
The program is designed to prepare you for the role of Farmer Outreach Executive. Placement is governed by the Job Guarantee Policy.
03Eligibility and admission
To apply you should hold a B.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Agriculture, Agriculture Diploma or an equivalent agriculture qualification. Rural youth with strong motivation and basic agricultural understanding may be considered at our discretion.
Every application is checked before admission. We may ask for identity, qualification and address documents, and may conduct a counselling call or interview. We may decline an application that does not meet the eligibility criteria, and no application is accepted automatically.
Minimum age at enrolment: [DECISION: confirm minimum age, e.g. 18 years]. Applicants below that age are not eligible.
04Program fee
The program fee is ₹15,000, payable once at enrolment. [DECISION: state whether ₹15,000 is inclusive or exclusive of GST, and the GST rate if applicable]
Your seat is confirmed only when the fee is received and eligibility is approved. A receipt or tax invoice is issued to the email address or WhatsApp number you provide.
The fee covers the training, coaching, CRM access, field supervision and placement support described in the program. It does not cover personal travel, food, accommodation, a mobile phone or data, or any personal expenses incurred during training or field work unless we say so in writing.
05Your responsibilities
The program only works if you show up and do the work. You agree to:
- attend classes, coaching sessions and assigned field days as scheduled;
- complete assignments, reports and CRM entries honestly and on time;
- carry out assigned field activities, including farmer meetings, dealer visits and demonstrations;
- follow the instructions of coaches and field supervisors, including safety instructions;
- behave professionally with farmers, dealers, colleagues and staff;
- give true and complete information in your application and throughout the program;
- keep NMASTE, PFS and Huntin Organics information, pricing, protocols and farmer data confidential;

06Attendance, performance and qualification
You move through the program in stages: Enrolled → Trained → Assessed → Qualified → Placement-eligible.

- Performance: minimum [DECISION: KPI threshold, e.g. 80% of assigned weekly KPIs, measured on the NMASTE dashboard].
- Conduct: no substantiated finding of misconduct under Section 10.
Weekly KPIs are agreed between you and your coach and recorded on the NMASTE dashboard, which is the record we use for all attendance and performance decisions. If your performance falls below the required standard you will be offered re-training; if it does not recover within the re-training period, you will not qualify for placement or for the stipend for the affected month.
07Field activities
Field work is a core part of the program. You may be asked to travel within your assigned district, meet farmers on their land, run demonstrations and work outdoors. You are responsible for your own safety and for following the safety guidance you are given. Tell your coach immediately about any accident, injury or unsafe situation.
Photographs, videos and reports you produce during field work are program records and may be used by NMASTE for supervision, assessment and training. Use of your image or story in marketing requires your separate written consent (see the Privacy Policy).
08Completion and certificate
You complete the program when you have finished all six months, met the attendance and performance standards in Section 6, and passed the final review. On completion we issue the NMASTE certificate. The certificate confirms completion of this program; it is not a government degree or diploma.

We may change trainers, session timings, venues, the order of modules and the delivery method (for example moving a session online) where reasonably necessary. We will not change the program fee, its duration, or the substance of the Job Guarantee and Fee Return & Stipend Policies for a batch that has already enrolled, except with your written agreement.
