Yes — clear every phase and you are placed. The programme is built in three phases, and each one ends in an assessment. Pass all three and you are offered a role at a District Advisory Centre in your own district. That is the commitment.
And if you do not clear a phase the first time, you are not dropped and you are not charged again. Our Master Coaches keep training you, you sit the assessment again, and you go forward to placement once you pass. The only thing that changes is your timing.
Placement is at a centre in your district and depends on a seat being open there. Full terms are given to you in writing with your admission letter, before you pay anything.
