NMASTE (National Mission for Agricultural Skilling, Training and Employment) runs the 6-Month Field MBA — a practical career program that turns agriculture students and rural youth into placed Farmer Outreach Executives. It operates under the banner of Permanent Farming Solution Pvt. Ltd., built by Huntin Organics Pvt. Ltd.

It is NMASTE's 6-month program: three months of training in sales, marketing, farmer advisory and crop success, followed by three months of supervised field work with a monthly stipend. It ends with placement as a Farmer Outreach Executive.*

Four skill areas — Sales (selling to farmers face to face), Marketing (reaching villages and dealers), Farmer Advisory (guiding farmers to solutions) and Crop Success (making the science work in the field) — plus communication, behaviour, CRM and reporting.

Both. Classroom and live sessions build the concepts; farmer meetings, dealer visits, demonstrations and field days put them to work. From Month 4 the program moves fully into supervised field work.

At the NMASTE centre in Sangamner, Maharashtra (Kesekar Complex, 1st Floor, North Building, in front of Market Yard) and in the surrounding farming areas. Placement after the program is in your home district.*

NMASTE operates under the banner of Permanent Farming Solution Pvt. Ltd. and is built by Huntin Organics Pvt. Ltd., a DSIR-recognised R&D company serving Bharat since 2008. The program is aligned to Skill India / PMKVY.

₹15,000, paid once at enrolment. It covers the training, coaching, CRM and dashboard access, field supervision and placement support.

You invest ₹15,000 upfront. During Months 4–6 of the program, you perform supervised field work and receive ₹5,000/month × 3 months = ₹15,000 back — subject to attendance, field activity, performance and program terms. Your net cost across the program is effectively ₹0.*

No. The ₹5,000-a-month stipend is paid during Months 4–6 for supervised field work. Salary starts only after placement, from ₹15,000 a month as a Farmer Outreach Executive. See the Fee Return & Stipend Policy.

Stipend already earned for completed qualifying months is yours to keep. Whether any part of the fee is refunded depends on when you leave — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you complete the program sincerely, follow the assigned field schedule, meet attendance, conduct and performance standards, and remain eligible for the role, NMASTE will support you with a qualifying job opportunity as Farmer Outreach Executive through NMASTE / PFS or its hiring network. Role, salary, location and joining timeline are subject to eligibility, available openings and program conditions.

The first role on the NMASTE ladder. You work in your home district, meet farmers on their land, understand what is holding their crop back and help them earn more — using the sales, advisory and crop-success skills the program builds.

Starting placement is ₹15,000/month as Farmer Outreach Executive. The career ladder is Executive → Senior Executive (₹30K) → Junior Coach (₹60K) → Senior Coach (₹1,25,000) → Master Coach (₹3,00,000) — under 5 years to peak. Progression depends on results, skill demonstrated, availability of roles and performance on the dashboard.

No. NMASTE deliberately places you in your home district. The Field MBA is designed for you to build a career in Bharat — close to your family, in the villages you already know. This is a core design principle, not a temporary arrangement.

No middle managers. Ever. NMASTE runs on Executives and Coaches only. Weekly KPI reviews are mutually agreed between you and your coach — not top-down orders. If your performance falls below 80%, you meet the CEO directly for re-training. Trained like family, not managed like staff.

Yes. On completing the program you receive the NMASTE Certificate of Completion. It confirms completion of this program; it is not a government degree or diploma.

B.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Agriculture, Agriculture Diploma, or equivalent agriculture qualification. Rural youth with strong motivation and basic agricultural understanding may also be considered. We check eligibility first — no application is auto-accepted.

Yes. A dedicated parent counselling session is included. Your family can speak to NMASTE on WhatsApp or phone before you commit — so the program, conditions and career pathway are clear to everyone.

Attend classes and field days, complete assignments and CRM entries honestly, follow your coach's instructions, behave professionally with farmers and dealers, and meet the attendance and performance standards. The dashboard is the record — results, not opinions, decide placement and stipend.
