01Who we are
This policy is issued by [DECISION: confirm contracting entity — Permanent Farming Solution Pvt. Ltd. or Huntin Organics Pvt. Ltd.; must match the invoice and payment account] (“NMASTE”, “we”), Plot 151, Sector 68, IMT Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana — 121004, which decides how and why your personal information is processed in connection with the NMASTE program. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules under it.
02Information we collect
When you apply: full name, mobile number, qualification, state, preferred district and PIN code, and the fact that you submitted the form and from where on the site.
When you speak to us: the content of WhatsApp messages, calls and emails, and notes from counselling.
When you enrol: identity and address documents, qualification certificates, date of birth, photograph, bank account details for stipend payment, and payment records.
During the program: attendance, assignments, assessments, KPI and dashboard data, CRM entries, field reports, and photographs or videos you record as part of field work.
For placement: interview records, offer and joining details, and documents needed by an employer.
With separate consent: your image, voice or story for testimonials and marketing.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about caste, religion, health or political views.
03Why we use it
- to check eligibility and respond to your enquiry;
- to counsel you and, where you ask, your parents;
- to enrol you, issue invoices and receipts, and keep accounts;
- to deliver training, record attendance and measure performance;
- to supervise field work and pay the stipend;
- to place you with NMASTE, PFS or a hiring partner;
- to support you during and after the program, including alumni communication;
- to prevent fraud and keep our systems secure;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
04WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email
When you submit the form we contact you on the mobile number you give, by WhatsApp or call, about your application. This is part of providing the service you asked for. Program communication (schedules, reviews, stipend, placement) is sent to enrolled candidates by the same channels.
Marketing messages about other NMASTE, PFS or Huntin Organics programs are sent only if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
05Who receives your information
We share information only with these categories, and only what each needs:
- Permanent Farming Solution Pvt. Ltd. and Huntin Organics Pvt. Ltd. — program operation, coaching and placement.
- Trainers and coaches working with NMASTE.
- Technology providers — the CRM and dashboard, form handling (Google Sheets / Google Workspace), website hosting, WhatsApp Business.
- Payment providers and banks — to collect the fee and pay stipends and refunds.
- Hiring partners — only once you are placement-eligible and only the details needed for an offer.
- Government and regulatory authorities — where the law requires, including Skill India / PMKVY reporting where applicable.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

07Security
Access to candidate information is limited to staff who need it. Systems are password-protected with access logs; documents are stored in secured Google Workspace and CRM accounts; payment card details are handled only by the payment gateway and never stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures and will tell you and the authorities as required if a breach affects you.
08Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer need to keep for the program, accounts or law;
- stop optional communications;
- raise a grievance about how we handle your information.
Write to the contact in Section 12. We respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
09Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent for marketing or for use of your testimonial at any time; we will stop the use going forward. Withdrawing consent needed to run the program (for example, refusing to provide attendance or bank details) may mean we cannot continue your enrolment, pay the stipend or place you; we will explain the consequence before acting.
10Minors
The program is open only to applicants aged [DECISION: minimum age] and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age; if we learn that we have, we delete it. Where a parent or guardian takes part in a counselling session, we record their name and contact only for that purpose.
11Cookies and analytics
