01Program information
Information on our website and social media describes the NMASTE program as it is currently offered. It is provided to help you decide whether to apply. The binding terms are the Program Terms & Conditions and the policies that form part of them.
02Job and placement
Statements such as “Guaranteed Job” and “100% Guaranteed Job” refer to the guarantee set out in the Job Guarantee Policy. The guarantee applies to candidates who complete the program and meet its qualification conditions. This disclaimer does not narrow or withdraw that guarantee.
03Salary and income
The starting salary of ₹15,000 per month is the starting pay for a placed Farmer Outreach Executive as defined in the Job Guarantee Policy. Any incentive is separate and depends on performance. Figures shown for later roles are the pay attached to those roles when they are attained; they are not a forecast of what any individual will earn.
04Career ladder
The career ladder on our website (Executive → Senior Executive → Junior Coach → Senior Coach → Master Coach) shows a pathway that exists in our organisation and the pay attached to each role. Progression depends on results, skill, available openings and program terms. Timelines shown are indicative. Promotion is not automatic and is not part of the Job Guarantee.
05Fee Return / Stipend
“Fee back” and “₹15,000 back” refer to the monthly payments available under the Fee Return & Stipend Policy. Each month’s payment depends on meeting that month’s conditions.
06Testimonials
Testimonials and videos on our website represent the experience of the individuals shown, recorded with their consent. They should not be read as a promise that every participant will obtain the same results. Individual outcomes depend on individual effort, performance and circumstances.
07Hiring partners
Where placement is with a hiring partner rather than NMASTE or PFS, that partner makes its own employment decisions and sets its own terms of employment within the framework of the Job Guarantee Policy.

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but it may contain typographical errors or information that has been updated in the Program Terms. If the website and a legal document differ, the legal document applies. We may update the website at any time.
