Key points
- The guarantee applies to candidates who complete the program and meet the attendance, conduct, field-activity and performance standards.
- The role is Farmer Outreach Executive, starting at ₹15,000 per month, placed through NMASTE, PFS or their hiring network.
- Your preferred district is honoured wherever we have an opening; see Section 4 for what is guaranteed.
- If you refuse a qualifying offer, the guarantee is affected in the way described in Section 7.
- If we cannot place a fully qualified candidate, the remedy in Section 9 applies.
01What we mean by “Job Guarantee”
NMASTE’s Job Guarantee applies to candidates who successfully complete the program and satisfy the eligibility, attendance, conduct, field-activity and performance requirements described in this policy.
The promise: [DECISION: choose one wording and use it everywhere — (a) guaranteed employment as Farmer Outreach Executive with NMASTE/PFS; (b) a guaranteed qualifying job offer from NMASTE, PFS or a hiring partner; or (c) guaranteed placement support until a qualifying offer is obtained].
This policy forms part of the Program Terms & Conditions.
02Who qualifies
You qualify for the guarantee when all of the following are true:
- You have completed all six months of the program.
- Your attendance is at or above [DECISION: attendance threshold].
- You have completed the assigned field activities in Months 4–6.
- You have met the conduct standards in the Program Terms, with no substantiated misconduct.
- Your performance on the NMASTE dashboard is at or above [DECISION: KPI threshold].
- Your identity, qualification and address documents have been verified.
- You remain legally eligible to work in India and available to join.
- You follow the placement process in Section 6.
Your coach will tell you in writing when you have qualified. If you have not qualified, you will be told which condition is unmet and, where re-training is available, how to meet it.
03The job
| Role | Farmer Outreach Executive |
|---|---|
| Employer | [DECISION: NMASTE / PFS directly, or a hiring partner — state which, or both] |

| Starting pay | ₹15,000 per month [DECISION: state whether fixed gross salary, CTC or take-home, and whether any part is variable] |
| Incentives | Any performance incentive is separate from, and in addition to, the starting pay. Incentives are not guaranteed. |
| Probation | [DECISION: probation period and conditions, if any] |
The career ladder shown on our website (Senior Executive, Junior Coach, Senior Coach, Master Coach) describes a pathway available to strong performers. Progression depends on results and available openings and is not part of this guarantee.
04Placement location
Our aim is to place you in your home district, and our field network is built around that. What is guaranteed: [DECISION: choose — (a) placement in the candidate’s home district; (b) placement in the home district or an adjoining district within the same state; (c) home district preferred, placement anywhere in the state where an opening exists].
The district you enter as “Preferred District” on the application is treated as your preference under this section.
05Placement timeline
The guarantee period begins on the date you are confirmed as qualified. We will make a qualifying offer within [DECISION: placement window, e.g. 30 / 60 / 90 days] of that date. During that period we may ask you to attend interviews, submit documents and confirm your availability.
06Your obligations during placement
- Attend interviews and onboarding sessions you are invited to.
- Respond to calls, messages and emails from NMASTE within 2 working days.
- Provide the documents needed for employment (identity, address, qualification, bank details).
- Accept or decline an offer in writing within 5 working days of receiving it.
- Be available to join on the joining date in the offer, which will be at least 7 days after the offer.
07Refusing an offer
An offer is a qualifying offer when it is for the role in Section 3, at or above the starting pay in Section 3, in a location that meets Section 4.
If you refuse a qualifying offer, or do not respond within the time in Section 6, [DECISION: choose — (a) the guarantee is discharged; or (b) we will make one further qualifying offer, after which the guarantee is discharged].
Declining an offer that is not a qualifying offer does not affect your guarantee.
08When the guarantee ends
The guarantee ends if any of the following happens:
- You do not complete the program.
- You do not meet the attendance, performance or conduct requirements in Section 2 after any available re-training.
- You provided false documents or information.
- You are terminated for misconduct under the Program Terms.
- You become unavailable or unreachable for placement for more than 30 days without approved reason.
- You refuse a qualifying offer as described in Section 7.
- You accept a qualifying offer (the guarantee has then been fulfilled).
The guarantee is not withdrawn at our discretion for any reason other than those listed here.
09If we cannot place you
If you have fully qualified under Section 2, followed Section 6, and we have not made a qualifying offer within the timeline in Section 5, then [DECISION: choose the remedy — e.g. (a) full refund of the ₹15,000 program fee within 30 days; (b) refund of the fee less any stipend already paid; (c) continued placement support plus a monthly support payment of ₹X until an offer is made; or another defined remedy].
This remedy is what gives the guarantee its meaning. It is the only remedy under this policy, and it does not limit any rights you have under Indian law.
